Deine Aufgaben:

You serve as the key interface between independent Brand Partners in the field and global HQ teams (USA & Istanbul) – driving strategic alignment, empowering leadership, and enabling data-informed execution of sales initiatives.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner & Relationship Management: Build trust and drive regional alignment with Brand Partners across markets
  • Incentive Management: Localize and roll out global campaigns – including bonuses, events, and communication strategies
  • Leadership Development: Identify and coach high-potential partners into strong leaders
  • Operational Excellence: Manage escalations, remove roadblocks, and provide continuous partner support
  • Data & Analytics: Structure and manage initiatives based on KPIs, forecasting, and financial performance indicators

Deine Skills:

  • Experience in sales operations, partner management, or business development in an international setting
  • Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders (HQ + field)
  • Ability to lead with data, structure processes, and drive engagement
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills in French, Dutch or German are a strong asset
  • Readiness to travel occasionally and operate in a multicultural environment
